To enhance the stadium's lighting infrastructure, Oversea Lighting & Electric (M) Sdn Bhd (OLE) supplied a professional LED sports floodlighting system together with a Heavy Duty Maintenance Cage (Gondola System). Rather than replacing the existing high mast structures, the project focused on upgrading the lighting system while providing a safer and more efficient maintenance solution, resulting in lower costs, reduced construction work and improved long-term operational efficiency.

Stadium Hoki Kuala Lumpur has achieved FIH Certified Hockey Field – Category 2, confirming that the hockey field has been independently assessed in accordance with the International Hockey Federation's technical requirements for competitive hockey facilities.

The certification verifies the quality and performance of the playing field while supporting national and international hockey competitions.

Note: The FIH certification applies to the hockey field and playing surface. OLE's project scope involved supplying the LED sports floodlighting system and Heavy Duty Maintenance Cage (Gondola System) to support the stadium's lighting infrastructure and long-term maintenance.
